Since 2010, Raphaël Tremblay has focused his legal practice on an area of particular interest—labor and employment. His clients are primarily employer associations of health and social services institutions in the private and public sector. He pays close heed to client needs and concerns and provides counsel on individual and collective workplace relations, labor standards, accreditation, occupational health and safety, human rights, and pay equity.

He also represents employers before courts and administrative tribunals and in collective bargaining negotiations as a strategic advisor to management.
