Normand Drolet, partner of the firm, has practiced as a certified industrial relations counselor and lawyer for 20 years and holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations. His legal practice focuses mainly in labor and employment law, occupational health and safety, and administrative law.
He acts as a legal consultant, negotiator, and employer representative before the administrative and judicial courts. He has published a number of important articles and regularly gives lectures and training sessions to employer associations on various labor and employment issues.
