Mélanie Boivin has 16 years of experience as a lawyer. The lion’s share of her practice consists of representing members of Québec’s main teachers unions in cases involving workplace accidents and occupational diseases. She also works on professional liability claims against hospitals.

She also has strong skills in all aspects of family and personal law. In her personal law practice, she has acquired a wealth of experience representing hospitals offering specialized psychiatric services on motions for institutional care before civil courts and tribunals, including Québec's Administrative Tribunal and the Review Board for Mental Disorders.
