Expertise: labor and employment law

Marie-Claude Néron has been with the labor and employment law team since 2010. Her practice primarily covers occupational health and safety, relating to issues of eligibility, various challenges before administrative bodies, compensation, and financing. She offers her clients a consultative approach, helping them develop strategies aimed at quickly and advantageously resolving contentious and litigious situations.

She also has experience in labor relations, including negotiating and interpreting collective agreements, adjudicating grievances, and drafting employment contracts, a variety of agreements, internal policies, and various documents related to terminations of employment, layoffs, and mass layoffs.
