Lyne St-Laurent has been practising business law (commercial, corporate, and tax) for 25 years and assists her clients in all their business needs.  

She negotiates and drafts various agreements, such as stockholder, association, and expense sharing agreements. She also specializes in the protection of her clients’ wealth and estate planning through the establishment of wills and trusts.
