With 33 years of legal practice to her credit, Linda Lavoie, partner in the firm, practices labor and employment, education, and human rights and freedoms law. She regularly appears before the courts, representing unions and employees in the education sector in various labor relations disputes.

She also appears before the higher courts in cases of appeals to decisions issued by administrative tribunals. An author of numerous publications on labor law, she also gives presentations on labor and employment law and has taught at the Québec Bar and Université Laval.
