Katia Sebastiani is a tax generalist who counsels a wide range of clients on all aspects of tax law, including tax planning, estate and will planning, corporate reorganization, and sales and acquisition planning. She also represents taxpayers in disputes with the various tax authorities over their assessments. In addition to her work in taxation, she has acquired considerable experience in corporate and commercial law and is frequently called on to advise on business transactions and draft and negotiate agreements of all kinds.
