Kathy Kupracz has been practicing taxation litigation for over a decade. She helps corporate and individual taxpayers with matters related to auditing, opposition, and debt collection. She also represents taxpayers before the courts, drawing on her skills in litigation prevention and dispute settlement.
Kathy obtained a Civil Law Degree (LL.L.) from the University of Ottawa and a master’s in taxation from Université de Montréal (HEC). She has written numerous articles and regularly works with the Association de planification fiscale et financière. She also regularly presents on topics related to director liability, severance tax considerations, and false invoicing.
