Portneuf native Jean-Sébastien Tremblay-Mimeault graduated from Université de Sherbrooke with an LL.B. and a master’s in business administration (MBA), cooperative program. During his academic career, he also had the privilege of studying international financial system law and English commercial law at the University of Hertfordshire in England.
