Jean-Pierre Lévesque has a practice centered mainly in business law. He supports a clientele of SMEs and large-scale companies for corporate reorganization, transfer to succession and share and asset purchase and sale transactions in Quebec and across Canada. His expertise is also sought after when setting up venture capital financing and in conflict situations between partners or shareholders. He favors a practical, result-oriented approach.
Me Lévesque is also one of the rare Quebec lawyers to actively practice in the field of regulatory compliance surrounding the bio-food and cannabis industries. He is regularly invited as a speaker or trainer in certain events and organizations, notably the Canadian Agricultural Review Board.
