With 49 years of legal experience under his belt, primarily in labor law and administrative law, Guy Wells is a trusted name not only in the private sector but also in the public and broader public sectors. He played a pivotal role in setting up and growing the firm as a member of the board of directors from 1999 to 2016 and as president from 2012 to 2016.

For over 15 years, he led negotiations for the Government of Québec on collective and working condition agreements for certain professional groups, including nurses, government professionals, optometrists, pharmacists at healthcare institutions, and clinical biochemists. He has a long record of representing public bodies in collective bargaining with employees. He also practiced in environmental law and real estate law for a number of years for multinationals with large operations in the Saguenay/Lac-Saint-Jean region.

Guy has an active practice in labor relations and in health and social services. He has represented numerous health and social service institutions as well as several national and multinational corporations active in industry and trade. He regularly pleads cases before judicial and administrative courts, particularly before bodies specializing in labor law and health and social services law.
