A native of central Québec, Frédéric Michel completed his LL.B. at Université Laval and was called to the Québec Bar in 2014, the same year he joined Cain Lamarre as a lawyer after articling there.
He practices primarily in civil and commercial litigation, focusing on cases involving latent defects, civil liability, debt collections, and rental arrangements. He regularly represents clients before various courts and collaborates on major bankruptcy and insolvency litigation cases.
Frédéric is keenly aware of the issues involved in taking a dispute to court and is therefore quick to seek alternative solutions.
