Frank D’Amours specializes in criminal and penal law for a number of years as agent of the Attorney General of Canada. He represents numerous federal investigative bodies such as the RCMP, the Canada Border Services Agency, the Competition Bureau, Services Canada, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, the Canada Revenue Agency, and Industry Canada, and works on all stages of the cases. He is very active in the community, where he sits on the board of directors and the administrative committee of the Beauce Health and Social Services Center.

He has also practiced in commercial and corporate law. Over the years, he has handled many cases dealing with mergers and acquisitions, as well as financing and major corporate restructuring.
