ÉMILIE
Vanier

Title: lawyer Year of call: 2017

Expertise: administrative law  |  labor and employment law

Émilie Vanier specializes in labour and employment law, particularly in occupational health and safety law. Member of the Quebec Bar since 2017, she works with passion to serve her clients.

Efficiency, dynamism, creativity and a thirst for learning are the qualities recognized by her clients and colleagues. With a bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, she naturally puts to good use the skills she has acquired in legal representation, negotiation and conflict resolution.

From the very beginning, she has been entrusted with important mandates. She has been able to develop a specialty in occupational health and safety law, particularly in the construction, restaurant and food distribution sectors.

When she’s not busy defending the principles of procedural fairness or absorbed in legal issues related to the workplace, Me Vanier enjoys cycling, the outdoors, and discussing current political issues or culinary delights. She is also a member of the donation oversight committee for Les Pattes Jaunes, an NPO in the field of ethical animal shelters.
