Élise Veillette holds a degree in civil law from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts in public relations from UQAM. She is currently working towards a master’s in North American common law at Université de Montréal.
She was called to the Québec Bar in 2017 and joined the team at Cain Lamarre in Montreal the same year, after articling there. She primarily practices civil, commercial, and criminal litigation.
In winter 2015 while at university, Élise took part in the Laskin national moot court competition in administrative and constitutional law. She ranked among the top 25 oralists, and her team placed third over all.
