A litigator and strategic advisor, David Lecours practises primarily within the labour and employment law group. He provides counsel to a mixed clientele made up of small businesses, public institutions, and large companies to help them in the day-to-day management of their human resources. He argues cases before arbitration tribunals, the Administrative Labor Tribunal, and civil courts. He also intervenes in occupational health and safety.

David holds an LLB from the University of Ottawa and completed studies in negotiation at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

In addition to practicing labor law, David has developed special expertise in integrity of the person, which has led him to regularly plead before the Court of Québec and the Superior Court of Québec.

In 2016 David received the “Junior Bar” award from the Barreau, an award given to a young lawyer whose involvement, drive, and determination breathe new life into the profession.
