DANIÈLE
Baril-Gauthier

Danièle Baril Gauthier finished her degree in Civil Law at the University of Ottawa in 2012 and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2013. She also has a graduate degree in  Fundamental Rights from the Université Laval. Originally from Témiscamingue, she was very happy to return to settle in Abitibi in 2016.

Empathetic and logical, she has a broad range of interests and offers her support to teams in the following areas of law: labour and employment, litigation, personal and family, and municipal. She carries out doctrinal, jurisprudential, and legislative research and participates in  drafting proceedings.

  • Personal and family law (adoption, filiation, child custody and access, fundamental rights and freedoms, division of property rights, support payments, separation and divorce)
  • Labor and employment law (human rights, collective labor relations, individual labor relations, occupational health and safety)
  • Litigation (remedies of all types)
