Danièle Baril Gauthier finished her degree in Civil Law at the University of Ottawa in 2012 and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2013. She also has a graduate degree in Fundamental Rights from the Université Laval. Originally from Témiscamingue, she was very happy to return to settle in Abitibi in 2016.
Empathetic and logical, she has a broad range of interests and offers her support to teams in the following areas of law: labour and employment, litigation, personal and family, and municipal. She carries out doctrinal, jurisprudential, and legislative research and participates in drafting proceedings.
