Baril Gauthier

Danièle Baril Gauthier earned her civil law degree from the University of Ottawa in 2012 and was called to the Québec Bar in 2013. She is currently studying for a master’s in fundamental and collective rights and is particularly interested in how domestic violence is taken into account in custody and access-rights disputes.

She began practicing in Outaouais in the areas of family and personal law and youth protection. Originally from Témiscamingue, she was thrilled to return to Abitibi to continue her career. She joined the Cain Lamarre team in Amos in 2016.
