Catherine Dion practices business law, primarily trade and transactional law. Called to the Bar in 2019, she joined Cain Lamarre the same year after completing her articling at a major Montreal firm. Her practice includes the negotiation and drafting of contractual agreements in a variety of industries, as well as mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring.
Before becoming a lawyer, Catherine earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from Université de Montréal, attended summer school at the University of Costa Rica, and participated in a student exchange program at University College Corkin Ireland. She also earned a Master of Laws degree from the University of Toronto, where she specialized in business law.
