Having practiced law for 46 years, Benoît Groleau has extensive experience in commercial and corporate affairs as well as transportation industry law. He is also a certified commercial arbitrator. During his career, he has been involved in numerous large-scale merger and acquisitions cases and has headed up many large financing assignments involving lending institutions, venture capital companies, and public-private partnerships (Regional Economic Intervention Fund/FIER).

Benoît has taught administrative law at Université du Québec à Montréal and special contracts at École du Barreau de Montréal. A sought-after speaker, he also publishes corporate law articles in industry magazines.
