Benoit Brouillette practices with the labor and employment team at our Montréal office. His clients consist of small, medium, and big organizations, who he assists in their day-to-day management operations with everything from the interpretation of collective agreements to the enforcement of disciplinary or administrative measures, absenteeism, and employment-related litigation.

He represents employers before administrative and judicial tribunals and acts as an employer spokesperson at various negotiating tables in the context of collective agreement renewals. In his practice, he also delivers made-to-measure training sessions for organizations on issues such as the impact of social media in the workplace, psychological harassment, collective agreement negotiations, and accommodation measures in the workplace.
