Audrey Toupin-Couture works in the municipal, environmental, and public administration law unit.
In recent years, she has developed extensive expertise in criminal law, civil law, and in matters concerning access to information. Her professional path has enabled her to acquire significant experience in the management of litigation files, the drafting of legal procedures and legal opinions, and the revision of municipal by-laws.
Audrey Toupin-Couture represents the interests of municipalities in different municipal courts, common law courts, and at the Commission d’accès à l’information. Called to the Barreau in 2011, she joined the Cain Lamarre team at the Sherbrooke office in 2019.
