Anne-Christine Boudreault’s practice focuses on taxation law (primarily tax planning and advice) and corporate restructuring. In her role she helps clients with major undertakings such as launching a new business or making acquisitions, and provides legal counsel on taxation. This includes drafting agreements, representing clients before provincial and federal tax authorities, and counselling clients on trust and estate planning.

Before joining the Cain Lamarre Taxation team, she gained valuable experience with a big four accounting firm. There she developed a solid grasp of Canadian accounting practices, including international and transborder transactions, and worked with a diverse client list of private and public companies and high-net-worth individuals.
