Originally from Québec, Alex Vignola completed his legal training at Université Laval’s faculty of Law. He then completed his training as a lawyer at the École du Barreau the following year.

Passionate about labour law from the beginning of his university studies, he has done a lot of research that allowed him to acquire a deep competence on the protection of the fundamental rights of workers with disabilities and on the recognition of the right to strike for employees in the public and parapublic sector.

After completing his articling at Cain Lamarre, Mr Vignola joined the ranks of the labor law and employment team in the education sector, where he uses his research and legal writing skills.

Finally, his training acquired in the practice of martial arts allows him to have great discipline and rigor in the performance of his work.
