Alain Ménard is the partner in charge of the firm’s taxation team. He worked for a number of years in tax litigation with the federal Department of Justice and went on to practice in the private sector. He works on all aspects of tax law, with extensive experience in tax litigation.
He has chaired the board of directors of the Tax and Financial Planning Association of Québec (APFF) as well as various of the association’s committees. He is also regularly invited to speak at APFF events and elsewhere.
Alain has also served as vice chair of Commission de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CSST) and as president of Société québécoise de récupération et de recyclage (RECYC-QUÉBEC).
