Estrie native Vanessa Thibeault was admitted to the Québec Bar in 2015. She joined the Cain Lamarre team in 2020 after practicing for a few years in the Outaouais region, where she quickly gained considerable experience in the common-law court system. She has focused on construction law from the outset and is continuing down that path within our civil litigation and construction law teams. She represents and advises her clients on the performance of contractual obligations, construction defects, and claims and complaints protection. Vanessa also gives courses for future contractors offered by construction associations.
