Admitted to the Bar in 1995, Me Stéphane Reynolds, Ad. E., joined the Cain Lamarre team in Sherbrooke in 2019. He works mainly in construction and municipal law, but also handles commercial law and civil litigation.

His clients are mainly public organizations and companies. Over the years, he has developed an expertise in evidence and civil procedure, calls for tenders and construction contract management, as well as in municipal law.

He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), which certainly gives him a distinct advantage when advising his clients: he does not only give them the best legal advice, but also recommend the best options for them.

In addition to his practice, Me Reynolds is a lecturer at the Université de Sherbrooke. He taught for several years at the Québec Bar school and at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. He also acts as a lecturer for various courts, the Quebec Bar and regional Bar associations, municipal associations and businesses. He is also the author of numerous publications and is involved in his community by sitting on the board of directors of various community organizations and associations.

This cycling and running enthusiast enjoys giving by inspiring others and helping those less fortunate in his area.
