Originally from Thetford Mines, Marie-Pier Roy earned her LL.B. at Université de Sherbrooke and has been on the Roll of the Order since 2015. She first began practicing in her home town before exploring less traditional settings, serving as a notary at the City of Montréal and head of the legal affairs department in a private firm. She joined Cain Lamarre Lac-Mégantic in May 2019 with a commitment to providing personalized, quality service. Her areas of interest in notary services include real estate law, personal and family law, municipal law, and mining law.
