Karl Jessop, partner, is appreciated by clients for his considerable expertise in labor law and occupational health and safety law. He is frequently called on to negotiate collective agreements in the manufacturing, municipal, transport, and retail sectors, among others. He also acts as counsel in cases involving unionization, collective bargaining, interpretation and enforcement of collective agreements, and imposition of disciplinary measures. He regularly argues before all the various tribunals, from the higher courts to Tribunal administratif du travail and grievance adjudicators.
