Admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1999, Me Josée Davidson is recognized for her solid expertise in civil litigation. Known for fraud cases, particularly Ponzi schemes, she collaborates on numerous files related to real estate, commercial, estate and banking matters. Her field of practice also includes construction law and professional law.
Over the course of her practice, Me Davidson has been entrusted with several major mandates. Among other things, she was appointed as an ad hoc syndic to conduct a vast investigation for the Quebec Bar, including that of J.K. Sproule. She also actively collaborated in numerous estate litigation cases, for which judgments have been rendered leading to changes in this area of law, notably that of the estates of Caumartin and Maisonneuve.
It was as a notary in an office where litigation lawyers practiced that Me Davidson began her legal career. She quickly developed a passion for this type of file, which led her to return to school to further her training and become a litigation lawyer. Attentive to her clients' needs, Me Davidson analyzes each file in depth and takes all the necessary means to find satisfactory solutions.
