After earning a law degree from Université de Montréal, François Nantel was called to the Québec Bar in 2011. Since then he has practiced in commercial and real estate litigation, representing clients before various bodies, from Régie du logement to the Court of Appeal. He has worked on a number of major civil litigation cases (shareholder disputes, civil liability, etc.) during his career, developing specific expertise in real estate law, including recourse for latent defects, residential and commercial lease proceedings, the exercise of hypothecary rights, and the passing of title.
