A graduate of Laval University's Faculty of Law, M^e Félix Aubé-Cornut also completed part of his studies in Argentina and Spain. Admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2020, he joined the firm after having completed his internship.

During his practice in business law and transactional law, M^e Aubé-Cornut mainly handles mergers and acquisitions, business start-ups and financing. He also prepares corporate documents and commercial contracts of all kinds and is interested in e-commerce.

An excellent communicator, M^e Aubé-Cornut knows how to clearly present and explain legal issues to his clients. His keen interest in all matters related to entrepreneurship also leads him to propose ideas that go beyond simple legal advice. Constantly in control of his abilities, he is known for his listening skills and his ability to engage in in-depth reflection.

M^e Aubé-Cornut, who is very sensitive to environmental issues and the fight against climate change, sits on the Environment Committee of the Jeune Barreau de Québec. He is also pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), in the social and environmental responsibility profile of organizations.
