Émilie Hunkin is a member of our litigation and labor and employment law teams. Émilie obtained her bachelor’s degree in civil law from the Faculty of Law at Université Laval in Québec City in 2018, where she was on the Faculty’s honor role for the 2018–2019 academic year. She joined Cain Lamarre in 2020 after articling with a national law firm. While at university, Émilie competed in the Laskin constitutional and administrative law moot, where her team placed third overall. She also won best oral argument in the semi finals of the Dean’s Cup at Université Laval.
