The first major mandate entrusted to Me Daniel Lafond at the beginning of his career, from one of the largest condominium builders in Montreal at the time, allowed him to quickly develop an affiliation in real estate law, particularly in co-ownership, a field in which he has developed sharp expertise over the years.
With many years of experience, Me Lafond acts as legal counsel for builders and promoters to realize real estate development projects. He also acts as a notary and legal counsel in closing financial, sales, and acquisition files, especially for co-ownership units. He values the collaboration with the various parties involved in the execution of the projects. In synergy with the associations, he helps train contractors on the legal aspects of co-ownership projects.
He is also dedicated to going on-site to give them good advice. The judicious advice he offers his clients to plan a development project ensures that their objectives are exceeded. Committed, Me Lafond is attentive to his clients’ needs and always delivers solutions to them. He has an outstanding ability to adapt to all kinds of situations.
