Me Cristina Mageau is a partner in labor and employment law, as well as in professional law at Cain Lamarre. She represents her clients before Quebec courts and administrative tribunals.

She advises her clients in all aspects of labor and employment law, such as in hiring practices, labour standards, interpretation and application of collective agreements, workplace harassment, employment termination and human rights. She also acts as an investigator in matters of psychological harassment and of sexual violence.

In addition, Me Mageau has an expertise in professional law. As such, she advises professional corporations and self-regulatory organizations.
